I am a Chinese girl coming to the US three years ago. When I was in China, I was a teacher teaching students math, Chinese and English in a public elementary school. I also taught adults English in a few private owned schools. In the past 2 years, I have been attending classes at Wayne County Community College and I've got all 'A's on all classes. I am on the Dean's List every semester and I was selected as a member of All Michigan Academic Team in March, 2015. I have been admitted to College of Engineering at University of Michigan Ann Arbor so I am transferring in the fall semester. I enjoy helping people very much. Therefore, I have been volunteering to tutor students who have difficulties in their studies both in China and in the US. I am now volunteering to tutor girls and women at Mercy Education Project in Detroit. I am so good at mathematics and science that I am able to help my classmates with their problems on math, physics and chemistry studies. To teach or tutor is my strength. I make sure I make myself understood and I make the students understand when teaching. I gained very high reputation in teaching and I am always loved by my students. I hope to meet and help more students in the future.
